The Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) has dispelled the rumour that a young female lawyer identified as Ifunanya has been suspended. Reports since last weekend claimed she was sanctioned over photos showing her either unclad or smoking marijuana.
Some believe the actions of Ifunanya, who was called to bar last year, are not good for the image of the legal profession in Nigeria.
